- When do I get charged?
- End of each billing cycle, automatically via the card on file. If your usage stayed within the free quotas, the invoice is $0 and your card isn't touched.
- Why do I need a card on file if I'm in the free tier?
- So you can keep growing without an interruption. The moment you cross 50 domains or your bandwidth limit, billing kicks in seamlessly — no need to update your account mid-traffic.
- What counts as bandwidth?
- Total bytes flowing through the edge for your domains — both directions, request and response bodies. We don't count protocol overhead.
- What happens at end of cycle if my domain count or usage changed?
- Stripe handles proration automatically. If you added 100 domains halfway through the month, you only pay for half a month of those.
- Do volume discounts compound?
- Discounts are per-tier (graduated). The first 1,000 domains you add are at $0.20 each; the next 1,000 are at $0.19 each (5% off); and so on up to 50% off at 10,001+ domains.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. The customer portal lets you cancel with one click. You stay billable until end of cycle, then traffic stops on your custom domains.
